When on call, the other person cannot hear me at all

Avorra is purely a browser based application. Therefore, when making or receiving calls on Avorra, keep a check on these points:

  • Your internet connection link is not broken
  • You are using Google Chrome or Firefox browser
  • Avorra is accessing your microphone. To check the microphone settings, click on the video icon on your browser that Avorra is using.
  • Ensure that the device settings are set correctly on Avorra (see, Setting up the output device)
